Himalaya's Dreams Organic Ayurvedic Ziehgold Pulling Oil Shakti is made in India, carefully following the traditional recipes and production methods of Ayurveda. 

Due to its composition, Shakti oil is Invigorating and Regenerating. It has anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, and an expectorant effect in the throat area. Also promotes wound healing.

What is oil pulling for?
Oil Pulling leaves a pleasant, fresh feeling in the mouth. The pollutants excreted overnight are removed and the headspace is cleared of mucus and secretions.

Oil Pulling also increases the protective function of the mucous membrane against the infiltration of bacteria and viruses. Beneficial with paradontosis, gingivitis, neck tension or jaw problems. 

How to use
"Oil pulling" is best done on a daily basis as part of your morning routine, directly after getting up. It can also done as a gum restoring treatment over a period of 3 weeks, or even on individual days when you feel like it.

Put 1 tablespoon of oil in your mouth and pull it through your teeth, gargle over a period of about 5 to 10 minutes. The oil changes colour to whitish and becomes thinner.

When ready, spit into a cloth and dispose of in the trash. Then, scrape your tongue with a copper tongue cleaner, brush your teeth and rinse your mouth with a glass of warm water.
