Instructions for use
Wash the mouth with 1 teaspoon of oil for 2 to 20 minutes, then spit it out.
Rinse the mouth with warm water and brush teeth as usual. Can be used daily.
According to Ayurvedic tradition, oil pulling is best done on an empty stomach, right after getting up in the morning.
