Instructions for use
Shake before use. Rinse the mouth with 1 teaspoon of oil for 2 to 20 minutes, then spit it out. Rinse the mouth with warm water and brush teeth as usual. According to Ayurvedic tradition, oil pulling should be done on an empty stomach, right after getting up in the morning.
