Fill the drinking bottle containing the gemstone combination with water and let it stand for at least 0.5 hours. The water can be drunk straight from the bottle and has a mild to strong effect. It is fine to allow it to ripen longer, but you should change the water within 24 hours. We advise you not to drink more than 2 bottles per day.
